Cookies are small text files that are sent to your web browser when you visit a website. Cookies on the Blue Sky eLearn websites do lots of different jobs, like authenticate you when visiting the websites, letting you navigate between pages efficiently, storing your preferences, storing your settings and preferences of video playback functionality, and generally improving your experience on the site.
The Blue Sky eLearn websites can also use some non-essential cookies. We do not do this to track individual users or to identify them, but to gain useful knowledge about how the sites and their content are used so that we can keep improving them for our users. Without the knowledge we gain from the systems that use these cookies, we would not be able to provide the service we do.

(only used on our corporate website)
|These cookies, web beacons and similar technologies allow us to track you as you visit our websites, helping us to send you emails and target ads based on information and products that you have shown an interest in. Once you have logged into your account, registered an account with us, or provided your contact information, the cookies will no longer be tracking you anonymously but the information gathered from these cookies will be linked to the contact information you have provided to us.||To opt out of these cookies, please follow the instructions below under the heading “How can I control cookies?”|
Blue Sky likes to understand how visitors use our websites by using web analytics services. They count the number of visitors and tell us things about the visitors’ behavior overall – such as the typical length of stay on the site, the average number of pages a user views, what media content a user consumes, and similar behavior and viewing patterns. For this purpose we place a “third party analytics cookie” on your browser. Information collected through these cookies are not used to identify users, thus no personal information is collected and data is used as aggregated information only so that an individual user may not be identified.
For more information on third parties and for contact information, please refer to the online Blue Sky eLearn Privacy Notice www.blueskyelearn.com/privacy
The length of time that a cookie remains on your computer or mobile device depends on whether it is a “persistent” or “session” cookie. Session cookies last until you stop browsing and persistent cookies last until they expire or are deleted. Most of the cookies we use are persistent and will expire between 90 days and two years from the date they are downloaded to your device. See the section below on how to control cookies for more information on removing them before they expire.
You can control and manage cookies in various ways. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking cookies can negatively impact your user experience and parts of our website may no longer be fully accessible or function properly.
Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can choose whether or not to accept cookies through your browser controls, often found in your browser’s “Tools” or “Preferences” menu. For more information on how to modify your browser settings or how to block, manage or filter cookies, can be found in your browser’s help file or through such sites as: www.allaboutcookies.org.
Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We may use other, similar technologies from time to time, like web beacons (sometimes called “tracking pixels” or “clear gifs”). These are tiny graphics files that contain a unique identifier that enable us to recognize when someone has visited our websites or opened an e-mail that we have sent them. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within our websites to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to our websites from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, to improve site performance, and to measure the success of e-mail marketing campaigns. In many instances, these technologies are reliant on cookies to function properly, and so declining cookies will impair their functioning.
