Blue Sky eLearn's 2022 in Review
As 2022 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on all we’ve accomplished in the past 12 months. We’re so proud of our progress and how many clients we’ve supported in reaching their goals.

Over the past year, we've been laser-focused on helping our clients optimize revenue growth and learner engagement through our extended membership model as well as learner analytics and experience offerings. As a result, we've made significant strides by releasing numerous new Path LMS™ features, updates, and integrations to further improve our member-focused eLearning platform for organizations of all sizes.

Top Path LMS Features Released in 2022

 One of the highlights of the year was our commitment to releasing new Path LMS features and integrations. We released 42 new features and improvements this year (almost 1 feature per work week) that have helped our clients streamline their operations and better serve their audiences.

 Some of our top feature releases this year include:

  • Automated Video Captions
  • Advanced Event Attendance Management
  • Custom Pages
  • Custom Navigation
  • Enhanced Learner Credit Transcripts
  • Refreshed Usage and Plan Stats
New Ways to Integrate

In addition to these feature releases, we have also added a number of new Path LMS integrations, making it even easier for our clients to seamlessly integrate with the tools and systems they use on a daily basis. While we can’t list all 25 releases, here are some of highlights:

  • Team Management SSO
  • ACCME PARS Learner Submission
  • G4 (Google Analytics 4)

Creating & Delivering eLearning

Our accomplishments in 2022 extend beyond product development. Blue Sky eLearn’s unified approach to eLearning enables us to offer our clients wrap-around services that help them generate more non-dues revenue and add value for their members.

We are proud to have helped many of our clients with learning strategy and instructional design, using our expertise to create engaging and effective experiences for their learners.

Our talented Learning & Development team, comprised of education and design experts, completed a total of 123 projects in 2022! Here’s the breakdown:

  • 31% of projects were helping our clients customize their Path LMS sites with beautiful HTML designs to reflect their organization’s branding.
  • 26% were instructional design projects where we strategized with our clients to create compelling learning content.
  • 18% of our 2022 projects were our popular Jump-Start Workshops, which are action-packed interactive discussions designed to help our clients define their content and deployment strategies.  
  • 14% of projects were for our Path eClinical clients, helping them to deliver critical clinical trials and training to medical professionals around the world.
  • 10% of projects took advantage of our Fractional Chief Learning Officer service where clients have access to an industry expert in both adult learning theory and the association industry to help create and guide their educational strategy and organize for long-term success. Clients have reported gaining clarity about their short- and long-term goals and a better understanding of who their learners are and what they need.

We’ve also supported a large number of virtual events throughout the year, including annual meetings, educational webinars, live streaming events, virtual conferences, and hybrid events. Even with more and more events returning to in-person, our virtual event services continue to provide our clients with flexibility, cost-savings, and evergreen content—helping them to connect with learners around the world and extend the access of their valuable content to a wider audience with ease.

Here's a quick snapshot of what our experienced virtual events team accomplished in 2022:

  • 2,022 virtual events were ran smoothly and successfully for our clients—that’s over 4,000 hours of events!
  • About 15% of virtual events this year were for our Path eClinical clients.
  • Our monitored virtual event services comprised over 12% of our total events this year.
  • For live streamed events alone we had 104,768 viewers from 140 countries with a total time viewed of over 23 years.
We’re Just Getting Started

With economic uncertainty in the air, 2023 is likely to be a challenging year for many organizations and industries. As we look ahead, Blue Sky eLearn remains committed to helping associations and nonprofits leverage eLearning to generate more non-dues revenue and provide value to their learners.
